The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the Investigation in Crime No.1854 of 2014 on the file of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, K1, Sembium to CBCID, Chennai for better Investigation in Crime No.1854 of 2014 to secure the ends of justice.
2.The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent to transfer a case. Now, almost five years have been lapsed and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the first respondent is directed to transfer the Investigation in Crime No.1854 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent to complete the Investigation and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
