O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the third respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders in Crime No.410 of 2017 pending before the third respondent and till the completion of enquiry, direct the second respondent to provide proper protection to run a retail outlet dealership of the first respondent by the petitioner which is situated at Survey No.49/5 of Ayothiyapattinam Village, Salem District.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report in Crime No.410 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
