Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records order passed by the 2nd respondent herein, vide his proceedings Memorandum No.6590/APD/H1/2009 dated 16.11.2009 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice and there by direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to sit and write the written examination for the post of Assistant Medical Officer (Siddha) to be held on 22.11.2009 or an any subsequent dates with application Number AF 50 8353.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent/TNPSC submitted that, after taking up the examination, the Petitioner did not reach the zone of consideration of Oral Test and hence, his candidature has not been considered.
