ORDER

The Writ petition was filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.03.2012 and to revoke the order of suspension, within a reasonable time frame and grant such other further reliefs in favour of the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the impugned suspension order was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated in service and the criminal case as against the petitioner also ended in aquittal. Hence nothing survives for adjudication, accordingly he prays this Court to close the writ petition.

3.In the above circumstances, recording the submission, nothing survives for further adjudication and, accordingly this writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
