This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in No.16684/A1/2015 dated 27.02.2017 and quash the same and direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the registration of General Power of Attorney dated 21.10.2010 vide Document No.816 of 2010 and Sale Agreement dated 16/11/2010 registered as Document No.4438 of 2010 both on the files of SRO, Purasawakkam, the 3rd respondent herein to remove the same from the files of the 3rd respondent herein.
