The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the re-construction work of the house bearing No.7-39 allotted to him, vide letter dated 01.11.2011 under ETRP-VRCC Scheme, within a time to be fixed by this Court.
2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
