Heard the counsels appearing on either side.
2. The present petition has been filed to condone the delay of 740 days in preferring the revision against as against the judgment rendered in Crl.A.No.103 of 2017 dated 05.12.2017 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court at Erode.
3. Now it is the submission made by the counsels appearing on either side that the dispute having by the petitioner with the respondent was settled out of the court and for which joint compromise memo has also been filed along with this petition.
4. The joint compromise memo filed by either parties are perused. Being the reason that already the dispute having by the petitioner with the respondent was settled out of the court, the present revision has been filed only to record the compromise arrived between them. Therefore, it would
necessary to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter on 29.03.2022. 15.03.2022 lok
