This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition as to common surety to all the petitioners instead of the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer in Crl.O.P.No.398 of 2023 vide order dated 09.01.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.398 of 2023 by order dated 09.01.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
