This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 19.03.2015.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.80 of 2015 before the second respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
