This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.95 of 2021, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kunnam Peramabalur District within stipulated time. 1/3

The respondents herein filed a suit in the year 2009 for declaration that the suit property belonging to them based on adverse possession and for a decree of permanent injunction. However, the suit has not been taken up for trial till date. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking appropriate relief. 3.

A perusal of adjudication sheet in the typed set would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as August 2015 and issues were framed on 18.11.2016. Thereafter, no substantial progress has been made in the matter.
