Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of 2nd respondent in proceedings (1)Proc.No.A1/132/13 dated 19.06.2013 and (2) Proceedings of the Executive Engineer in Proc.No.A3/731/2002 dated 20.06.2013 of the 3rd respondent, to quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondents to retain the petitioner as Divisional Accountant in TADHCO, Vellore Division, in view of the interim stay granted by this court in W.P.No.11149 of 2008.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order of transfer from Vellore to Madurai.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent that due to subsequent developments during the pendency of the writ petition, now the petitioner is stated to have been working at Vellore Division. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
