This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, Tiruvannamalai District, and send all the documents and records relating to the above case in P.R.C.No.1 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that the case in P.R.C.No.1 of 2011 has already been committed to the Court of Principal District and Sessions, Thiruvannamalai.
