Crl.M.P.No.1567 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.1567 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28186 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28186 of 2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month and thereafter report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners did not comply the conditions.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
