O R D E R

The civil revision petition is filed seeking direction for an early disposal of the suit in OS No.175 of 2018, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Valappady.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff and the respondent is the defendant in OS No.175 of 2018 on the file of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Valappady. The petitioner/plaintiff has filed the suit against the respondent/defendant for quit and deliver the vacant possession of the suit

property and for permanent injunction. Originally the petitioner has filed the suit in the year 2014 before the District Munsif at Salem. Subsequently, it was transferred to the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Valappady and renumbered as OS No.175 of 2018. The suit is pending from the 2014. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed this present civil revision petition for a direction to the Trial Judge to dispose of the case within a time frame.

3. Further, pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Registry, on verification through e-filing, has reported that the total pendency of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Valappady, is 79 cases.

4. Considering the total pendency of the cases and also taking note of the fact that the above suit was originally filed in the year 2014, the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Valappady, is directed to dispose of OS No.175 of 2018, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
