C.M.P. Nos.9510 and 9511 of 2017 in C.R.P. No.3688 of 2015 J.NISHA BANU, J., These petitions are filed, (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner and (ii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner, namely (1).M.Swaminathan (Husband) and (2).S.Sriram (Son) as petitioners 2 and 3.

2.The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has no objection in allowing these petitions.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

4.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel, these petitions are ordered.

5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the main Civil Revision Petition on 30.06.2022.
