ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the FIR registered by the respondent police in Crime No.322 of 2015.

2. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this state. The learned counsel for the petitioner is placing reliance upon various documents in order to establish the fact that a simple money transaction has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

converted into Criminal case by the second respondent. All these materials will have to be submitted to the respondent police in order to enable the respondent police to take the same into consideration during the course of investigation.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
