that though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.644 of 2024, on the file of the 1st respondent police, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore by way of e-filing bearing No.LTN20220002672C202600045.
