PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamum calling for the records of the 2nd respondent dated 17.11.2009 in Lr.No.C3/28389/2007 with respect to the demand of security deposit of Rs.18,35,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs and Thirty Five Thousand Only) for proposed development and Rs.98,75,000/- (Rupees Ninety Eight Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand Only) towards caution deposit as contained in the column No.V & VI of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent with respect to the building to be put up at Old Door No.113 & 114 New Door No.2 & 4, Kamarajar Salai, Kareneeshwarar Koil Street, Mylapore, comprised in R.S.No.2345/2, 7 & 8 in Block No.46 of Mylapore Village, Mylapore Triplicane Taluk, Chennai by quashing the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant planning permission as sought for in respect of the Information Technology Park Building in the aforesaid property without insisting upon the demand of security deposit and caution deposit.
