O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2018 dated 08.04.2018 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 498A, 406 and 506 (i) of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed by the first respondent police and also filed a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, which was also taken cognizance in C.C.No.494 of 2019 dated 20.03.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
