O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 07.09.2009 in W.P.No.39437 of 2005, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the Executive Officer, Marakkanam Town Panchayat, has passed a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/230/2010 dated 14.08.2018, in and by which Group Insurance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has been disbursed to the petitioner and he has also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) jvm //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2022.
