JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard U.Kathiravan, learned counsel for the appellant, and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.

2. The appellant has filed a writ petition seeking direction to decide his representation with regard to the classification of the land. The writ petition is dismissed holding that the government

has already classified the land.

3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the representation of the appellant is sent to the Central Valuation Committee and the same is pending with the said Committee.

4. It appears that the appellant has invited the order from this court. Moreover, the case ought not to have been filed at the Principal Seat, as the property is situated in Madurai.

5. Be that as it may, as it is submitted that the application/representation of the appellant with regard to the classification is pending with the Central Valuation Committee, the Committee may take a decision upon it, on its own merits, expeditiously, without being influenced by the orders passed by this court. The further grievance, if any, can only be entertained at the Madurai Bench.

With these observations, the writ appeal is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
