Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Govt Advocate Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Since the petitioner had not submitted an online application for issuance of patta, the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application to the respondents seeking for issuance of patta.

3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners or any other third party, if any, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the forgoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application seeking for issuance of patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, the third respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
