This petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to F.I.R. In Crime No.300 of 2013 dated 07.10.2013 on the file the respondent, to quash the same in so far as the petitioner's is concerned.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent police.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the respondent police have filed the closure report before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 07.10.2018 as 'further action dropped'.
