Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 21.04.2011 in Roc.No.53/2011/H6 (E) and quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the respondents to issue the regularization order to the petitioners in pursuance to the receipt of fee of Rs.38,250/- (vide regularization application No.013336 dated 29/04/2003). (Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, the following agreed directions are passed:

i. A fresh inspection, after notice to the petitioner, be carried out of the property of the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

violations with details intimated to the petitioner within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the order;

ii.The petitioner would have one (1) month's time to rectify the deviations;

iii.A re-inspection be caused after the expiry of one (1) month and if still deviations are not removed, action in accordance with law will be taken qua the deviated portions within fifteen (15) days thereafter. 2.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2011 stands closed.
