(Heard through Video Conferencing) This writ petition has been filed, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.848/2010/MC.1 dated 03.04.2010 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service and monetary benefits.

2. Heard the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 & 4 and learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the suspension has been revoked and the petitioner has been reinstated in service. Therefore, nothing survives in the matter to be adjudicated upon further.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
