ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2008.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 21.04.2008 to the respondent seeking transfer of patta relating to her property in S.Nos.202 and 203, situated at Piyanapalli Village, Krishnagiri District, and the same is pending without any consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner, if not considered earlier, and pass orders, on merits and as per law.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2008, if not considered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

earlier, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
