This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition to deposit the amount alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.12,500/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Five Hundred only) to the Registered Advocate Clerk Association, High Court of Madras, Chennai.

4.Time for executing sureties is extended by two weeks.
