Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring G.O.Ms. No.41 dated 29.03.2004 issued by the First Respondent and order dated 05.07.2004 passed by the Third Respondent pursuant thereto as invalid and illegal and permit the Petitioner to charge an annual fee of Rs.40,000/- (Forty Thousand) for the B.Ed. Course for the academic year 2004-2005.

2. The Government Order is challenged, thereby permitting the petitioners to charge an annual fee of Rs.40,000/- each for the B.Ed. course for the academic year 2004-2005.

3. 18 years have passed by. Even the students of the said period would have passed out long back.

4. With the efflux of time, no purpose would be served in deciding the petitions. These writ petitions as such are disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
