The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", today. Even on the last occasion, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. It was the submission of the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent that the Memorandum of understanding has been entered into between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. A copy of the said Memorandum of Understanding has also been produced before this Court. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to get instructions. No useful purpose would be served, if further time is granted. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
