In view of the orders passed in W.P.No.22278 of 2011 filed by the very same petitioner challenging the promotion given in favour of the respondents 3 and 4 herein was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 12.02.2024 and the petitioner also retired from service as early as on 30.04.2014, the relief sought in this writ petition does not survive. 2.
