O R D E R

The petitioner prayed to direct the first respondent police to grant police protection to the petitioner for erecting fence around his property in Survey No.8/13 situated in Ariyagoundampatti Village, Suramangalam, Salem West, Salem Circle based on the complaint given by him on 09.01.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the parties concerned and also giving an opportunity of hearing to them. After verifying all the relevant documents to be produced by either party during the enquiry, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
