Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner any more on false charge of fake doctor or any other reliefs which the Hon'ble Court deem fit in the nature and circumstances of this case. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Tippusulthan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.The petitioner himself has stated in the affidavit that he has stopped practicing as a Homeopathy doctor and he will never practice in his lifetime. The petitioner has further stated that he has given such a statement before the Police Station.

4.In view of the specific stand taken by the petitioner, when the petitioner is not going to practice medicine and particularly Homeopathy medicine, there is no scope for harassing the petitioner. Till the petitioner abides by the undertaking, the respondents will not harass the petitioner. However, if the petitioner violates the undertaken , it will always be left open to take action against the petitioner in accordance with law.

5.This writ petition is disposed off accordingly. No costs.
