In view that the disclosure has been made and had been recorded by this Court on 11.07.2024 to be with certain defects, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the said defects have been cured and curing of the said defects has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the applicant. Hence, there is no purpose in retaining the aforesaid application on board and the said application in Application No. 1944 of 2024 is also closed as having been complied with.
