This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 375 days in filing the criminal revision as against the order dated 10.10.2023 passed in Crl.A.No.12 of 2020 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 375 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
