ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent take action against the second and third respondents for conducting illegal Kattapanchayat.

2. The entire allegation that has been made against the third respondent was that using his position as President of the Panchayat, he is conducting illegal Kattapanchayat. Admittedly, the third respondent is no more the President. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The relief sought for by the petitioner has virtually become infructuous.

If and when any such Kattapanchayat is conducted in future, the petitioner is at liberty to make an appropriate complaint, and the same will be considered by the Police in accordance with law. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
