Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to an order relaxing the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 pm until futher orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No.24915 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PADMANABAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24915 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed without any deviation and charge sheet has been filed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed vide order dated 22.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.24915 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every month at 10.30am, until further orders. -sd/- 11/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
