These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 21.12.2023 in Crl.OP.Nos.27366 & 28555 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.In view of the above modifications, these Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
