..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the notional promotion to the petitioners as Forest Guard on par with juniors regularization by including their names in the panel drawn for the year 20032004 with effect from 31.05.2004 for purpose of getting enhanced pension in the light of order passed by our Honorable High Court in W.P. No.30735 of

2019 dated 30.10.2019 W.P. No.3463 of 2021 order dated 18.02.2021 W.P.No.23613 of 2021 allowed on 01.11.2021 W.P. No.1229 of 2024 on dated 23.01.2024 and W.P. No.47719 of 2025 order dated on 15.12.2025 complied in Government Letter No.314/FR.29(i)/2022-1, dated 24.01.2022 with all consequential service and monetary benefits by the way Rule 27(17) of the Fundamental Rules.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' common representation, dated 19.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners have made common representation, dated 19.08.2025 before the respondents seeking notional promotion to the petitioners as Forest Guard on par with juniors regularization by including their names in the panel drawn for the year 2003-2004 with effect from 31.05.2004 for purpose of getting enhanced pension with all consequential service and monetary benefits by the way Rule 27(17) of the Fundamental Rules. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues

direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' common representation dated 19.08.2025, as expeditiously as possible.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the common representation of the petitioners dated 19.08.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' common representation, dated 19.08.2025, within a period of Twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' common representation.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
