Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in Se.Mu.No.579/A1/2007 dated 20.09.2008 and to quash the same and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner in the place of the third respondent as Anganwadi worker with effect from 20.09.2008 with back wages and continuity of service.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in Se.Mu.No.579/A1/2007 dated 20.09.2008 and to quash the same and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner in the place of the third respondent as Anganwadi worker with effect from 20.09.2008 with back wages and continuity of service.

2. On earlier occasion on 24.10.2019, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, once again, this Court was inclined to give a last chance to the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption ' for dismissal' on 25.10.2019.

3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
