K.PRADEEP RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to suspend payment of compensation imposed on the petitioner vide judgement dated 30.12.2019 passed in C.C.No.3 of 2005 on the file of the learned XI Additional Special Sessions Judge, (CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institution), Chennai, pending disposal of the main Appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
2.Since the petitioner himself has undertaken to deposit the compensation amount awarded by the trial Court, no further adjudication is necessary. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
