Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records pertaining to the letter dated 29.09.2009 in Letter No.55022/B4/2009 of the 1st Respondent, suspending the petitioner driving licence for a period of 6 months from 20.08.2009, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to return his driving licence without any endorsement, award exemplary costs.
