This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 27.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15531 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19993 of 2023 to report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on every first and last working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court during Court hearing dates.
