O R D E R
This court has passed the following order on 22.03.2024: "The contemnor is present and filed an affidavit before this Court stating that six weeks time is required to vacate the premises and handover the vacant possession to the petitioner. The time is sought mainly on the ground that the petroleum products to be evacuated safely.
2. Considering the above submission time is extended for complying the order passed by this Court till 04.06.2024. It is made clear that despite affidavit filed before this Court, still the contemnor is not in a position to handover the possession, this Court has no other option except to proceed against the contemnor for contempt of court.
The contemnor shall file the compliance report on 04.06.2024."
2. Today, the contemnor is present and has filed an affidavit stating that the respondent has vacated and handed over the vacant site to the petitioner. The petitioner has no dispute now and affirms that he has taken over the site.
