O R D E R
The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate action against the respondents 4 to 6 pursuant to the representations dated 15.4.2013 and 27.5.2013 submitted by the petitioners.
2. Ms.AL. Ganthimathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners have given the representation as early as on 15.4.2013 and 27.5.2013, the respondents 1 and 2 have not passed any order sofar. 3.Ms.A.Mathumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 may be directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 15.4.2013 and 27.5.2013 and pass orders in accordance with law.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners' representations dated 15.4.2013 and 27.5.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
