Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.19448/2009/A3 dated 11.08.2009 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service from 01.01.2007 with all service and attendant benefits. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the letter sent by the petitioner addressed to the learned counsel for the petitioner, requesting to withdraw the writ petition. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
