This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No.13844 of 2023 in Crl. O.P. No.12895 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
