Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the concerned Court and furnish the surety. However, the trial Court has not accepted the sureties on the ground that the application to cancel the bail is pending before this Court.

Considering the fact that now, the cancellation of bail petition filed by the defacto complainant is dismissed by this Court, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the time granted by this Court to execute the surety is extended till 30.05.2022 and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court and execute the sureties on or before 30.05.2022. -sd/- 28/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
