ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to complete the investigation in DCB Crime No.6/2015 under Sections 419, 406, 420, 468 and 471 of IPC and file a final report before the competent Court of law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation, charge sheet was filed on 27.11.2018 before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. He further submitted that as per the directions of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu, the aforesaid cases have to be transferred to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram and hence, he requested to grant time for getting back the said charge sheet and file before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram.

3. Since the aforesaid case was directed to be transferred to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram by chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu, the respondent has to take back the aforesaid charge sheet immediately from the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur and produce before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
