Pending Criminal Revision Cases, the respondent/complainant died on 27.11.2019. Hence the legal heirs of the sole respondent have taken out these petitions to bring them on record.

2. Taking note of the fact that these petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent bearing legal heir certificate dated 23.12.2019 issued by the Revenue Department, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and list the matter on 16.09.2022.
