Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of 4th respondent issued in pension 19/V/11900452/RN/2009-10/209, dated 30.7.2009 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the first respondent to accept the revised pension proposal submitted by the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Bhavanisagar, Erode district in Rc.No.1019/A1/2008, dated 19.1.2009 and sanction revised pension and grant arrears of pay and arrears of pension.

Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Government Advocate for the respondents confirms that, in fact, request of the petitioner for revised pension has been accepted post filing of the present writ petition and that the petitioner has under cover of communication 02.09.2021 addressed to the District Elementary Educational Officer/R3 confirmed that she does not wish to pursue the writ petition any more. A copy of the aforesaid letter is also placed on file.

2. Recording the aforesaid position, this writ petition is closed as infructuous, No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
